I did some research on premium fuels and it seemed to make a difference so I tried this one. I'm not sure you'd know the difference between fuels by looking at the flame unless maybe side by side but that's not why premium fuel is important. My main 3 lighters are a fairly pricey xikar, a rather cheap but nice $15 one's from the Ebay and a cheap promotional lighter given formula freezer from cigar shop. I'm a big fan of Xykar and the quality of their products. This butane seems to be on par with their other offerings, however the cans are a little smaller than I anticipated. Works very well in my lighters though.

I recommend this butane lighter fluid because it’s extremely powerful! When I was using the low quality lighter fluid it would clog my lighters and therefore I would have to constantly drain them to get all the excess air And small debris from lighter. When using this powerful fluid it automatically cleans your lighter leaving you with nice high flame 🔥

I have tried what's considered top shelf brands of butane in many different lighters and had poor results I filled 7 various styles of butane lighters up that I always liked but had issues from the beginning with them. Filled them all w this butane & this product cleaned them out and burned great. Almost like brand new lighters now! I am very pleased with this product and will recommended every time from here on out. 5 stars!

Had a lighter that would barely make a flame on high.Once I added the Xikar PUROFINE High Performance Premium Butane to the lighter it looks like a blow torch on high.lol.Great product.

Quality fluid. Will give a longer than normal flame at lower elevation. All I use now in my cigar lighters. That's my feedback!

Picked up a butane insert for my Zippo recently. Cool idea, but it was just this side of useless as it would never stay lit for more than a fraction of a second. While I knew butane could be a little quirky at altitude, I didn't think a Zippo lighter would be so finicky. I stumbled across PUROFINE whilst searching for "high altitude." I added this butane into my older torch lighters that would sputter, they now no longer do that with this running through them!
