Excellent headset! The only improvement would be making the earcups big enough to cover the entire ear and drown out any noise around you.

I was hoping to buy a headset that supports noise (so I can hear my own voice in real-time with no lag or echo). It supports it and works well. This feature is usually included with much more expensive headsets. So it's really a big deal. The sound quality is normal, but sufficient for a conference call.
