Love this product. Very simple. With big brightly colour coded letters. I like how the letters can stay in place so no distractions. Lots of simple cvc words to choose from. The vowels are usually in red and the consonants in blue. That changes with the wooden board. So many activities can be made out of this. The box wasn’t very practical but they solved this by including a pouch for easy storage. A very useful addition to our homeschool sets.

I am a teacher with young ESL students. This product is a great tutoring tool! However, one of the vowel blocks (the _ e _ block) had the "e" on the wrong side of the block. I had to use a Sharpie pen to make use of the block.

My 4 year old daughter was so excited to get this! There’s a lot packed into this box; there are picture cards with the words on the back (they are color coded by the vowel), there’s a wooden letter holder and wooden letters. There’s also a bag to put everything into once the box is opened. The letters are a good size, very readable. The letter holder holds the letters pretty well. This is a wonderful learning activity. There are several ways to use the tiles and words for matching. I used this as a reinforcing exercise in between two reading lessons and the students found it fun and engaging. I would have liked to have some sort of wooden stand to set the word cards on but I just propped them up against the other cards. The set comes with a draw string bag that holds all of the parts.

I bought this for my Montessori classroom and would have worked great in my classroom if it matched colors we use: blue vowels, red consonants. Though I would have loved to use this, I'm afraid it would mix my early spellers/readers up.
