There are no shortcomings in the area at all. I assembled the chair in half an hour, maybe less, I've been using it for more than 4 months and I'm enjoying it. This is the best gaming chair on the market in my opinion! I recommend to buy!

I want to change my review because the chair seems great except for the big issue that one of the armrests inexplicably broke off during installation (like pictured). I tried to find contact information to replace it and couldn't do it. I'm still sitting in this chair with a broken arm pad and for a 6'5" player it's pretty good in terms of size and comfort. I hope this review will help me get in touch with the seller as the Arm separately and interchangeable is detail.

Pros: The chair looks fantastic and feels great. Pillows in the lower back and neck make it really comfortable. I bought roller wheels for it which help it roll on carpet much easier. Cons: Directions are wordless and step is missing. The plastic covers covering the screws that attach the backrest to the seat do not open fully. I still can't fit the top piece in the hole.

Don't buy this. I bought one for over 400 and it's terrible. After 2 months of use, the seat cushion sucks and is still very hard. I was starting to get lower back pain and sitting in that chair only made it worse. Grab an office chair if you also spend hours gaming on the computer. It also tilts to the right for some reason. Such a crappy chair for the price to be honest. You can spend half your money and get something better. DO THAT!

This is a really nice, comfortable and decent chair, the only problem is the center of gravity. I assembled it according to the instructions and redid everything, but the chair's center of gravity is very poor. I can't lie down and move the seat backwards without falling. I need to sit straight/forward when using a chair. I also struggled to get the wheels in during assembly. I had to use a hammer. Basically not worth buying. I would like a different chair.
