Not Flat & No Hardware
Maybe I missed that it doesn't come with hardware but it doesn't so the day comes when I go to install and can't easily get to the hardware store and.NO SCREWS! Arghhh. I am also disappointed that many of the brackets aren't really flat but are slightly bowed, making them not fit flush on the wall.

- Of the ten I ordered I have used eight to hang two 1 by 12 shelves on a block wall. Very pleased.
