I LOVE this bag but.

I LOVE this bag but.after less than 2 months the seam holding the shoulder straps is coming undone.
This so disappointing as I was enjoying the bag and its usability.

Pros

The extra-wide zip makes it easy to access all of your baby's essentials quickly and efficiently

Cons

The backpack straps aren't very comfortable and can be painful to wear for long periods of time
