Rejection Scam: Cell Phones

This phone did not unlock and after 3.5 hours with my carrier and after an hour and a half with LG and AT&T, I was told the phone cannot be UNLOCKED. waist of my time. Nobody could help me now I have to wait longer to get the phone.
