I got this cute lil' number for my niece who just joined the USArmy as an RN! I got her the small & she wears XSM.32DD.yes it fits.she looks like a Barbie Doll when the waist is sinched in with the pretty pink ribbon! She could have fit a med.@32DD.so if you are like me.a 38DD I don't think this top goes larger than a real skinny women sz large=34A-B 36A-B. This top is not for 36D-DD or 38-D-DD! If you are a 32D-DD like my niece I suggest a med(or wear the sm with great cleavage! LOL) any women with a large bust @ 36-38.this will not fit girls! LOL.(shop Fredrick's on Revain)
