Had numerous issues with this but NOW that it's all worked out, I love the product.- Latch broke: after 18 days, the front closing latch (with springs) broke off. Spend $400 on a cooler, I would expect better quality then this little handle. UPDATE: Company quickly sent replacement.- Power switch: gotta hold down the power key to get it started. Yes, people cite to read instructions, but not sure why someone would need to read instructions to turn on a power key.- External battery usage: NUMEROUS (an understatement) hours spent on getting it to work on external battery. The instructions are NOT clear and NOT right for my purposes. To get the Kohree to work on an external (Ecoflow) battery, make sure you know about the auto-shut off features of the Max/Eco and the voltage.For me, the frig had to have 2 settings: MAX (not ECO) and HIGH voltage.The instructions and other users said to put on LOW - so the threshold will be lower and NOT trip off. However, after hours and dozens of tests, using LOW voltage setting, frig kept tripping off anywhere from 30 seconds to 30 minutes.It only worked successfully with MAX (not ECO) and HIGH voltage settings.My set up is (a) Kohree frig plugged into Ecoflow external battery using Kohree's AC plug AND (b) Ecoflow is plugged into AC wall outlet. The pass thru electricity runs the frig from the wall outlet and IF/WHEN power goes out, the Kohree frig will run on Ecoflow external battery.
