Great for tracking customer experience

I love it because of its simplicity in terms of user interfaces compared with other software applications i have used previously such as Jira which are very complex looking at all screens when navigating through them. The dashboard gives you enough information but what's lacking is being able to filter down more into the results so not every ticket has to be visible to view it. It helps our team improve communication and manage feedback from clients quickly using this great tool! Nothing really as there isn't anything else about this product not working well or needing any improvement yet! As an organization we tend to send out surveys monthly asking general questions like "how do your feel today" as a way of communicating internally between employees. I like the ability to see what my customers are doing on my website. It's really helpful to know what they're looking at, and where they're coming from. I also love that it's easy to make changes to your site and monitor them. So far, nothing. Just keep up with the updates! I highly recommend using this tool if you want to be able to track your customers' activity on your site. It's very helpful in terms of knowing what your customers are doing, and where they're coming from.
