This tool has proven to be great. I can't say for sure if I'm seeing results, but my face feels good after using it, like some kind of relief. I would definitely recommend finding a good face oil so it glides better. I've used it with moisturizers and serums but they dry out pretty quickly. And my physical therapist actually started using it on my legs to relieve tension and improve circulation. So there are multiple uses, which is great!
