Dropped off ladders and stepped on. still works!

This is a great little light! It doesn't get too hot and it's very, VERY durable. I've dropped it from 6-8ft on multiple occasions, stepped on it coming down a ladder, dropped PEX fittings directly on the lens, and nothing has come close to damaging it! Just keep in mind: a 300W halogen bulb is almost 6000 lumens and these are 1080 lumens. The 5000K daylight helps a lot but it's still not as bright as a power sucking, burn-your-hand off halogen. They're about 1/3 the brightness, but they're also 1/3 the price of a good halogen housing (excluding all the replacement bulbs you'll need). All in all, worth every penny! I've got 3 now and will definitely buy the some PowerSmith higher output LED work lights soon!
