Wrong cartridge size for Canon MG2922 printer

I can't use this cartridge in my Canon MG2922 printer because it doesn't fit. The product details state that it is compatible with this model: Compatible with: Canon Pixma MG2420, MG2520, MG2522, MG2525, MG2555, MG2920, MG2922, MG2924, MG3020, MG3022, MG3029, MX490, MX492, TS3120, TS332022.2 IP.2 It was a waste of money.
