Review on Cast iron pan 26 cm with non-stick coating CAST IRON PROFFI by Anastazja Lipiec ᠌

I am amazed! It was definitely worth the money!

I don't know who else thinks the pan is heavy because I think it's even heavier than that. The scales said that this one weighed 1800 grams, but the other one typically weighs 2500 grams for me. When held by a strong guy, though, the object will feel much more stable than it does when held by a delicate young woman. I'm not sure how some people are able to warm up the handle, but it's not working for me. I decided to buy it because of the peculiar bottom, and I don't feel the least bit sorry for myself. How long the coating holds up will be determined by time. I use a silicone spatula

Pros
  • Great cast iron skillet. The "homemade" lid is the largest of the three, and before to its initial usage, I gave it two washes in warm water (despite the fact that it didn't smell of anything). I cooked some chicken thighs for the second time, and I think that four of them will do the job just well. I ended up running under the cover for a whole quarter of an hour.
Cons
  • I started to shed my former self. I have high hopes that this is just the start of many layers. I merely used a sponge and a silicone spatula. I did not immerse the spatula in cold water before washing it; rather, I waited until the spatula had cooled down before washing it with "liquid soap" and no abrasives. Pichalka .
