Fake Tweets. Noise. Lots of other problems.

I received two these sentences. Both came with a damaged subwoofer. The packaging method leaves one of the corners of the subwoofer exposed from damage to the carton. If a corner of the carton breaks during transportation, the corner of the subwoofer will break. Another problem is that NONE of the tweeter's speakers work. I found these to be fake speakers as shown in the picture here on Revain in one of the reviews. The sound lacks high frequencies. The bass lacks low frequencies, which should be reproduced without any problems with this case size. The volume knob shown in the product description looks like it is machined metal. It is not. It's a piece of cheap plastic (no grooves). The handle also makes noise when rotated, as if there is friction between it and the base. The friction is so strong that I have to use both hands to adjust the volume as the friction does not allow the knob to be adjusted smoothly. The last problem is noise. When the volume is higher, a lot of noise comes out of the speakers. I like to use the volume keys on the keyboard to adjust the volume, so I turn the speaker volume up. This is not possible with this product due to the noise generated by the speakers. Made in China.
