Safe and sturdy for my opinion
We bought this for our daughter to work on her gymnastics at home. She is 5 years old and weighs about 50 lbs. We set the bar at the lowest height and it works great for her. I like that we can adjust the height as she grows. The unit is sturdy and maintains position regardless of how much swinging and moving my daughter does on it. I am not concerned about the unit itself being able to hold her as it doesn't bow or bend when she's on it. I would recommend
- Can't say enough good things about this bar. Grandkids are in gymnastics and use it all the time.
- Bars may become wobbly or unstable over time.
