This product has never worked since the day I received it.

This product has never worked since the day I received it. When I got back from the trip it was too late to go back. It doesn't seem to be unlocked. It will never recognize the card used.

Pros

E5787 Does not support US SIM cards, supports most non-US 4G LTE SIM cards. It's for the trip.
