I got it for my mum back in the States. The primary criterion was a focus on ease of use. Only a large and a small mug button are available. Brewing tea is an added advantage because it turns out to be delicious.
Pros
- Slipper-like in size, simplicity, and silence. Capsules of Greenfield tea are superb.
Cons
- The container's water supply valve springs a little leak. Those. You can't just pop it into the machine full of water; you have to pour water into it first.
