I purchased the XL version of this band because the M/L versions of the stock band were too small. Turns out the XL was too BIG. It worked but there was a lot of extra band to deal with.The day after it was delivered I received an email from the company asking me about the product and asking me to review. I responded that I would review after wearing it for a while and I mentioned the size issue. They offered to send me the smaller size and confirmed my address. A few days later I had the new band (and they did not want the other one back - I will be donating it to a veteran) and the size is perfect.The band is comfortable as well as durable. And the customer service is beyond what you get from most businesses. I recommend Carterjett for your Apple watch band needs.I gave them 5 stars but only because that is the highest number you can give.
