Review on ๐Ÿ’ป Ultimate Multi-Device Freedom: KM7120W Wireless Keyboard & Mouse Combo by Steven Bush

Feels good, but has its downsides.

I'm really worried about this. On the one hand, it's nicely designed, the keys feel good, and my previous (10 year old) keyboard no longer sounds like I'm banging on a table when on speakerphone calls. However, the mouse "jumps" --- it's almost like there are glitches, it works perfectly. Sometimes the mouse pointer just jumps, and other times everything works fine. The keyboard randomly loses keystrokes. I go back to the paragraph I wrote and it will be missing 30 keystrokes missing, one or two here, one there, forcing me to review absolutely everything I've written. The distance to the recipient is irrelevant. : line of sight and approximately 18 inches from either; Of course I hope that 18 inches is not too big. The mouse also doesn't have a rubberized pad on the bottom - this makes it make a scratching noise on the table when you move it. My previous mouse (Microsoft Basic Optical) whispered softly while moving. I'm torn as I REALLY like the look of this combo. But it just "misses" the point, and I feel like I'm spending a lot more time re-reading what I've written. I wonder if I should have spent more on a Bluetooth device than this proprietary wireless device. UPDATED 06/07/18: I've tried everything to fix the keyboard skipping issue, moving the receiver and replacing all the batteries with new good ones. these etc.). The USB dongle is now 12 inches from the keyboard and still loses about 1% of keystrokes. My productivity has dropped drastically with this keyboard/mouse combo as I have to go back and edit everything I type (there's a- - I linked "and" and got "nd" and "typed" not "bound" --- see this is my new life with this keyboard) I love Dell, I love the FEEL of this keyboard but I gave it up and went for another brand replaced.
