Too small and pieces fall off

I ordered the largest size and extender and the bracelet still didn't fit. My husband made me another bracelet that fits and fits between the clasps. The warning amulet and the medic's branded keychain kept falling off after the first few days. Eventually I stopped wearing it. It was NOT worth the money spent and very poor quality.
