UPDATE: I just ordered again and this time it was mascara again. Maybe the previous mascaras I got were old batches or something, but this one really is mascara like it used to be. So maybe try to order it again if you haven't received the tube yet. I agree with other reviewers who say this isn't a mascara anymore BUT I still like it and don't think it looks like a regular mascara formulation. It's like a hybrid. It doesn't flake (a lot) or get on my eyelids. It's a very dry formula which I personally love and it offers a lot of volume which is exactly what I need. It's not raccoony when I remove it. It doesn't run down pipes, but it doesn't get too dirty when I remove it either. All in all, this is a very unique mascara and I keep buying it. Inexpensive, doesn't spread, gives good volume, dry formula, I like the color. I would like to say that I wear it over L'Oréal Mascara Base (which I also love).
