Review on Polished Chrome Pop Up Drain Stopper With Overflow For Bathroom Sink - S2007A-CH By KES by Kino Gerami

Simplifies your sink drain

Our hallway sink had been a pain since we moved into our house because it had the old drain stopper with lift rod. The PVC drain pipe in the cabinet had always gotten in the way of the lift rod going down. The KES Pop Up drain stopper eliminated all that extra junk under the sink. To install I added a thin 1/8" bead of plumbers putty between the silicone gaskets and the porcelain sink. That created a good seal to stop any leaks. Also, I made sure to wrap the pipe threading with plumbers tape. I think some people who are complaining about this drain leaking have forgotten to tape and putty. It took longer to rip out the old lift rod system than it did to install this new drain. I'll be buying more of these in the future as I replace the rest of our sink drains.

Pros
  • Looks awesome in my sink!
Cons
  • The stopper may not be able to hold as much water as desired
