Best single piece I have for home workout

I love this thing. It is the foundation on which I built my home gym. It allows for a complete upper body workout using body weight. By hanging a set of gymnastics rings on it you add another level of diversity to your training. It also gives a secure point to attack exercise bands. No more trying to hook a band to a door for an awkward band workout. Simply throw them over the bar and get after it. Being able to hang the unit at multiple heights gives you more options for more than just dips or pull-ups. You can change the angle of the exercise bands. If you’re a beginner and can’t do a single pull-up (that was me a year ago) hanging the bar lower gives you a way to do rows to help build up your strength. As already mentioned hanging rings on it changes your workout in ways you can’t imagine. If you have this unit and a set of rings you will be able to work every part of your upper body. Add a couple pulleys and some kettle bells and you get even more. Every home gym needs one of these!
