Great find for alternative uses: Those pesky bruises on your arms? I bought these corner protectors to put two at my parents house. They bumped their hands into two sharp plastic corners in their kitchen. They worked so well that I ended up installing them on 5 corners in my kitchen after constantly painting myself (!) on the underside of the granite countertop corners. This photo shows how the last, unprotected corner received a Baby Mate corner protector today after being hit hard last week. (I don't know what I'm hurting myself with, just like that, I kinda banged my hands on those sharp corners and got such bruises.) Corner protectors are easy to apply, almost invisible after sticking and peeling, A little sticky part isn't hard to do. A tip after posting some of these; Follow the instructions to spread them out a bit as you glue them to your corner. I've had them on most of the bottom corners of my granite countertops for almost a year now and they're still holding up well and can withstand all sorts of cleaners and bumps. I don't notice them at all, but I've had the occasional suspicious guest interested in my using baby products as an adult. This tip will protect your hands from bruising!
