As a result of my tests, i determined THAT these candles were very low quality .They burned out too quickly and had a strong unpleasant scent. While they were cheap, these candles aren't worth the price. on the plus side, the packaging was cute. However, I would not recommend these candles to anyone looking to make their child's birthday special. Stick to reliable party suppliers in the Toys and Games category..
