Non Universal Cover

We have several trolley covers but this number one trolley cover does not fit all trolleys. I would only use this with smaller carts (not Costco). It can be used as a high chair cover, so it's a more reliable application. The built-in strap is a nice addition, but we didn't have to use it. A duffel bag is useful - my other suitcases don't have duffel bags, and it really helps reduce the space in the car.
