Quality & Service best in my review

I ordered the Mairdi headset and a new phone that would accept a headset. The 2.5 mm connector I bought was not the right kind - had no clue there were two types. Sunny at Mairdi worked with me and sent me the correct connector and the headset works great. The headset is comfortable and the sound quality on my end and the callers is perfect. Thanks Mairdi and Sunny for all your work to make the purchase a positive experience.
