The quality is terrible and the product is not what it says it is.
Garland Sh Lights Colored balloons, 1500 cm - where are the colored balloons? The mode of operation is constant, they do not blink . The balls are all in hooks (the remains of stamping), they do not burn evenly and not equally, there are diodes with bare wires and without balls, as well as blown diodes . One question for the seller - it's not a shame to sell this ? How do you buy more? There is only one answer - most likely I will not buy anything from you again !
