Poor product, the quality is below average.

I've decided to change the strap, but not because of the fact that it's made in the country. Or, you may spend $300 on the Chinese equivalent on AliExpress. Or, you may consider the Garmin HRM Pro (with a Garmin watch, it allows you to see running performance). The pluses: The shoulder strap is soft and pliable. The quickest way to get "picked up" was via Bluetooth, an iPhone loaded with apps, and a Garmin watch. Negatives of a variety: After working for a year, I finally started to feel podglyuchivat. Normally after 20-30 minutes, his heart would stop sending a signal: his pulse would go from 140 to 110 to 70 in a matter of minutes. This is not fantastic when your "half" marathon training pace is 5 minutes per kilometer. Sad to say, after each friction, I followed instructions and wiped the strap clean.
