I’ve owned over 10 different strollers and even 3 other baby jogger brand strollers. What were they thinking when they redesigned the latch/strap system? It’s non intuitive and basically impossible to use if your child is not fully cooperating when needing to be strapped in. Forget grandparents being able to use it. Stroller otherwise is nice as expected but the latch system which is the most critical part of the entire system is complete garbage. Why change something that worked well before? My husband and I over the course of several children and countless car seats/strollers have seen and are comfortable with any latch system. This one is hands down the worst we have seen by far.
