These Lontan Slides are good quality but knowing how to install them is key to your being happy with them. For example you will notice they have tabs that can be bent a little to compensate for drawers that are not perfectly sized for the opening. And Each slide has multiple attachment hole locations for those Murphy's Law moments. I watched a lot of YouTube videos before installing. Comes in a nice box with wimpy screws which may be all you need. In operation these slides will 'self close' only after you have closed them most of the way the old fashioned way. And they are definitely soft close. I noticed that the grab and close is such that it will close the drawer fast enough not to get banged by the cabinet door when you shut it. You will need to fully open cabinet doors or add some sort of wedge or the back side of them will start showing abrasion marks from the metal slides. Drawer boxes by Barkerdoor came ready to assemble and I used water soluble satin clear polyurethane.
