This Messenger bag is perfect for me as a college student. It's not as big as your average messenger bag but perfect for holding your Surface Pro 4 and big enough to also hold 3-4 journals + other smaller objects such as a scientific calculator, earbuds, notecards, etc. Strap cannot be removed nor the handle without removing the stitching. My only complaint is that I wish the handle were placed more toward the top and center of the flap, you can't hold this without it leaning to one side and it looking awkward while holding it. I'd say the best part about this bag is that you are able to avoid using an annoying zipper and velcro to open and close the flap, the metal hook is a perfect touch and keeps it shut well enough. Overall it looks very stylish and material is nice too, will probably last me for a long while.
