In spite of YTFGGY's assertions that they offer a huge variety of writing and editing tools, the company's actual inventory does not live up to their claims. The quality of the pens and pencils is, at best, subpar; they have erratic ink flow and are not very durable. The highlighters and markers are particularly disappointing, with hues that do not live up to the claims made about their brilliance. The website's navigation is difficult to understand, and the steps involved in the checkout procedure are needlessly convoluted. In addition to this, their shipping delays are quite long, and their customer care representatives do not respond quickly to questions. Customers have come to expect a certain level of quality and ease from YTFGGY's writing supplies, but those expectations have not been met.
