I was eager to visit Wosports because I enjoy being outdoors. However, I was extremely let down by their web shop. They boast a wide selection, but I discovered only a few of the most basic items available. Their website is complicated to use, with few filtering choices and no sorting capabilities. The item descriptions are vague, and there aren't many testimonials to read. Their prices were also higher than those of competing internet merchants. Their lackluster support for existing customers only made things worse. My purchase was flawed, and customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. They obviously don't care about their clientele or want to see them happy. As a whole, Wosports is not a service I'd suggest to anyone who enjoys being outside. They have a disappointing assortment of outdoor gear, charge excessive prices, and provide subpar customer service. If you want more options, better prices, and a more pleasant shopping experience, you should look elsewhere.
