Easy to use and makes a difference

I've been using this for about 3 weeks and I love it. It's easy to commit just 3 minutes in the morning and evening (and a few extra at the start of each week). I bought this along with a goal focused planner- but honestly this was all I needed. I've barely picked up the planner. This journal really does orient your attitude towards gratitude and achieving goals. Definitely a good purchase.
