Review on Train Like A Pro With Combat Sports Grappling Dummy - Perfect For MMA, Wrestling, And Fitness by John Mceachern

Revainrating 5 out of 5

90 pounds a bit light

I've got the 90 pounds one and overall I am satisfied with it. My weight is 200+ pounds and I think some more weight will be better, but its OK. After a couple of throws the 40 dead-body kilos started being noticed. The only critique is that those arms make it impossible to fit a gi on them, I tried an A4 and it will not fit.

Pros
  • Versatility
Cons
  • May be too heavy or cumbersome for some users to handle

Got the 70lbs er. Brought back memories of the Marine Corps wrestling team when we threw dummies every day lol. Took my 13 year old son a while to get used to it, but now he can handle the dead weight of the dummy. Actually made him noticeably strong learning to handle the dummy. Great buy!
