This product works very well. I bought a Pulse 3D headset and didn't feel the design. I currently have a good pair of Bluetooth gaming headphones, but you can't pair them with a PlayStation as Sony only allows some compatibility with certain headsets. I had to use the 3.5mm jack for a wired headset, which sounded too quiet. Need an active headset to deliver such loud, intense sound for gaming. So I googled the solution and found that this USB dongle plugged into the PS5's front USB port and connected almost immediately. I have to say that the sound was almost as good as Sony's 3D Pulse Audio headset. Great device! 5 stars for quality. a minus. The only problem I have is that trying to use the headset on other devices causes connection problems. I use the same headset for my phone and my work laptop. So when the USB dongle is plugged in and has power, it always connects to the dongle first, which is ideal if you don't have multiple devices, but for me I have to unplug the dongle before I can use my headset on my phone or laptop. My solution to this was to just leave the PS5 powered off instead of going to sleep. So I leave the key connected. But when I'm gaming I have to turn off Bluetooth on my phone or else I get a connection sound. Not a big minus, hence I give 5 stars. Good product.
