Good unit has areas it could improve on.
Sound quality is good the microphone is very good, at the highest volume setting there is no problem hearing, and you could possibly turn it down a little, but there is no further adjustment after that.
I do not know if noise cancellation is valid critique for the single ear unit. The sound quality is very good.
