I have some useful Klein Tools equipment and this little fan is fantastic. It's about the same size as many of the old mounted fans we see on construction cabs from the 70's and 90's. The fact is that it is much quieter and more comfortable than ever. I can use it on my gear by holding it to something or tape it to the side panel if it's metal. (Nice, strong magnets in the base.) I can also take it with me to use in my race trailer or even plug it right into any project I'm working on. This fan is also well-balanced, making it easy to install on a wide and stable base. Battery life is advertised at nine hours, but it just hasn't taken me that long to test it. It has certainly continued through the course of every project I've needed it for to date.
