Review on MAXXIS Premitra HP5 205/60 R16 92V summer by Wiktor Wiater ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

A practical product, nothing to complain about.

Good all day! I will immediately make a reservation so that there are no speculations and criticism directed toward me; the beginning of operation is connected with a bust of the suspension; I have been operating the MAXXIS Premitra HP5 225/55 R17 97W for the past four years. I have also been driving with these tires. So: I rode the tires for three months and drove the car into repair; I replaced all of the rubber bands, oil seals, stabilizer struts, and tips; nonetheless, in general, the car collapsed, respectively, after they collapsed the descent; in other words, I was unable to complete the journey. After being driven on asphalt almost exclusively for three months, the tread on the front tire was worn down to forty percent, and the annual mileage is probably about thirty thousand at most. Bear in mind that this is neither a racer, nor is it a drifter; this is just your regular placid ride. The following year, I changed the wheels in places, and in general, after the conclusion of the second season, I purchased two new cylinders, put them on the front, and the rear one was already on the exhaust. The following summer, I will take two new cylinders. I concur with many other drivers that the driving performance is outstanding, however the wear is just a two on a scale of five. Obviously, many people are able to say this, and because the price of the issue is not 10,000 euros like it would be for a bear or conti, the obvious conclusion is that one should purchase contis for three to four years or maxis for one and a half euros. Winter is also maxis, and I can state without reservation that good tires are available here. The Velcro has served me well for the past two winters, and other than the fact that I will soon be switching shoes, everything has been perfect. There isn't a key or a magic wand for everyone.

Pros
  • decent handling, relatively low noise level, and competitive pricing depending on the type of trip.
Cons
  • short service life; after 250,000–300,000 for emission, this is insufficient; I would prefer 50,000 thousand (three seasons) rather than 1.5 million.
