Good hardback notebooks

I am involved in several organizations and need this kind of notebook for taking notes at meetings. These work well. They lie flat, which is important. There's a small expandable pocket inside the back cover, and an elastic pen holder on the spine. They have two ribbons to mark your places, and the whole book can be held closed by an elastic band. The only problem I have is that one of the two notebooks I received in this order had an elastic band that broke the first time I used it. But the rest of the book is fine.
