Solid, comfortable, and multi-functional system

This is a solid piece of workout equipment. I installed it on drywall using a 1in x 6in x 6ft pine board cut in half to give 3ft runners between each side of the bar and the wall studs. Used 6x, 3 1/2in, 3/8 lag bolts on each runner, the top 4 also going through the hangers. This combination gave just enough room to operate the system as a pull up bar and dip station when on the lower hanger (the top hanger needs to be close to the top of the 3ft runners). The system is comfortable to use, and I really like the multiple-functions, including hanging resistance bands or a TRX from the top.
