Fun exerccise machine, works well

The PHOEROS Vibration Plate Exercise Machine reminds me of those old videos of people being shaken by a machine in the 50's. I thought they were funny, and I never imagined that there could be real value to the vibration."Machines that used large, vibrating belts were invented in 1850 by Swedish physician Dr. Gustav Zander, but didn't become fashionable until the early 1930s. The science behind the marketing was simple – by intensely shaking somebody's flabby midsection, the belts loosened the fat, helping your body to flush it away."Those machines definitely didn't work as promised. I hope this one does. By standing with your legs straight or slightly bent, it targets different muscles to help tone them. It shakes the entire body tremendously. The vibration plate is a solid piece of equipment. It's heavy and well built. There's a switch on the side for power and then the remote allows you to select a program or just turn it on. I'm keeping it at the lowest setting. That's enough for me (mid-50's).I can't speak to results yet, but I can feel the muscles working while using it. Adding it to my daily exercise and eating healthy, it seems useful and enjoyable. Ten minutes a day is plenty for me. The included exercise watch seems ok, but I love my FitBit. I have attached the loop bands but haven't used them. My daughter tried them. I'm happier standing there and stretching my arms on their own for now. I'm happy with this vibration plate machine. It works well and is worth trying!

Pros
  • The vibration platform is equipped with a built-in timer that lets you set the duration of your workout, ensuring that you get the most out of each session without overworking your muscles
Cons
  • Some exercises may be too challenging on the vibrating platform, leading to potential injury
