I love this so much that I bought one for my mom too. We use these to hold a 40oz Hydo Flask water bottle which fits perfect. We also use it for our 16oz bottles. When I use the large bottle it fits snugly and you can use the pocket but only for small items. When I use the small bottle I can fit snacks in with the bottle and use the pocket for my cell phone or small wallet. I use the smaller bottle when I cruise so I can take off the ship and be hands free.
