I want to love this bag! It's stylish, comfortable, and perfect in size and looks. The colors are great too! The big "However" is: They use the *worst* zippers. The zippers are cheap, don't hold together, and render this beautiful bag completely worthless! The point of having a large bag is to hold more. My bag is FAR from over-stuffed. I hardly have much. There's plenty of room in it. Yet the zipper splits open every time. I bought one of these bags about a year ago. When the zipper began splitting open after 2 months, I suffered and tried other things to compensate (like putting in a scarf to cover my contents) because I loved this bag SO much! I decided it must have been a flaw in my bag. So, I reluctantly, finally pitched the bag a month ago & spent the $ to buy another. (The first bag was in perfect condition if it weren't for the broken zipper.) Nope. Two weeks into using this one, the zipper splits and pops open all the time. I am SO upset and frustrated over the money wasted! These would be fantastic bags, if not for that one MAJOR problem! A big bag is pointless if you can't carry things in it and if it continuously splits open! It's infuriating! Please start using better quality zippers! I am so frustrated! :( Do not buy!
