I like that it is easily accessible via mobile device or computer which helps employees access information quickly when away from office but also allows employer view into employee performance for the purposes of managing payroll/benefits administration. It can be difficult at times getting info in an understandable format (i'm not sure if this has changed). Benefits management system needs additional features such as claims reporting capabilities - especially given our client base who only receive paper reports vs electronic options offered by some competitors out there. Providing comprehensive plan documents on site would eliminate much wasted time sending multiple copies back & forth between home & work. As well having all necessary paperwork onsite will increase compliance issues overall. I like that you can customize your plan as much or little as needed! It's easy for me to keep track of all my different plans/coverage options. The system is intuitive enough that it doesn't take long to understand how everything works. There are some things I don't really care about (like dental) but overall this has been great so far. Benefits focus allows us to have many more choices in our healthcare coverage than other companies because there isn't just one option available.
