The only qualm I had with the cover over the last year of use is that the band wasn't quite strong enough to hold my pen in the journal - but that was solved simply by adding a rubber band to my pen so it can't slip out.(See picture for reference)The leather is high quality & durable, and soft enough to have a nice feel, but firm enough to write on.As someone with rampant ADHD, I tend to have thoughts that need written down immediately or they'll be forgotten. This pocket notebook helps keep me organized (I keep 3 notebooks in it, one for personal, one for work, and one for sketches), helps me remember important tasks and information I would otherwise forget, it's honestly been a lifesaver.I would definitely recommend this as a high quality, relatively cheap option.
