Everything was good except the battery to the remote .A new plexiglass board is usually covered with a film of plastic to let you know its new. Mine didn't have it and upon further examination, I did notice dry erase residue at the corners of the board meaning it had prior use. I didnt see any scratches and it seemed in excellent condition despite the obvious signs of partial use so I was content. I read alot of horror stories of when using Ebay, beware that even though you are supposedly buying new, you'll wind up with a refurbished (used) item another customer rejected. Thats a fact. In my case it turned out alright because I knew it was a return with the previous customer thinking the board was defective when in fact only the battery was. Thats not a big deal at least to me.
