Review on Zyyini by John Lewis

Contrary to what the Zyyini business claims, they take great pride in their excellent customer service. I had trouble with the checkout procedure, and when I asked for help, I received a slow and unhelpful answer. It was also disappointing to see how poorly my things were packaged and delivered. There is certainly room for improvement in the customer care and quality control divisions as a company that strives for excellence. I implore Zyyini to consider this criticism carefully and work to improve their clientele's experience.
